Reflection.
It is important to know the types of conflicts that surround us since knowing their meaning, we will know how to differentiate each one of them and give a solution. Having as objective the harmonious coexistence of the society, guaranteeing the security of the individuals.

Problem and conflict
1. What would you say is they biggest difference between a problem and a conflict?
R: feelings and / or emotions are involved in the conflict and the problem is only about the difference of ideas between two or more people.
2. What are the most common conflicts at the workplace or company?
R: misunderstandings between colleagues or areas in the company.
3. Why is it relevant to be skillful at negotiation?
R: to be able to control any problem and thus know what solution to give to this and avoid conflicts.

I learned the difference between problem and conflict and I know that it is important to know how to negotiate to reach a solution to any problem.
